ShaKema Morgan received a B.S. in Health Education & Promotion from East Carolina University, in 2010. In 2013, she obtained her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University. ShaKema is currently working towards her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. She is passionate about helping businesses understand the importance of organization, decisive execution, and work/life balance so they can maximize their productivity and thrive. ShaKema is a certified ProAdvisor through Intuit Quickbooks. With over 12 years of financial management experience and over 7 years of HR management, she is versatile with multiple industries, including healthcare organizations, non-profits, restaurants, construction, retail, and more.

 

 After several years of working for various organizations in the healthcare field, ShaKema decided to pursue other opportunities. This allowed her to create and balance a better work-life and financial stability. Shortly after, she created her non-profit organization, H.E.A.R.O. Inc (Helping Everyone Achieve Realistic Outcomes).

 

In January 2017, she was presented with an opportunity that provided her with the tools and knowledge to succeed in business. In March 2017, she became an Independent Business Owner. After months of planning, she decided to take her skills and expertise to assist entrepreneurs in strategic planning and business development.

 

Hill & Hailey was developed to build a legacy, which will continue for generations to come.
