Service Description

We offer quality service with endless possibilities to manage your business. Customize the assistant tasks to fit your needs. This includes: - Scheduling - Email management: inbox setup, organization, and workflow. - Email creation (must provide context) - Book Travel - expense reporting included - Light bookkeeping (Quickbooks program not included) - Quickbooks software - Project coordination **There is a separate consultation fee for bookkeeping and education for software management. Light bookkeeping involves a brief overview, setup, categorization, monthly management, reconciling, and quarterly reporting. Additional fees apply to clean-up, tax advice, and education for management. Pricing may vary, subject to change.


Cancellation Policy

*Please note that all consultation fees go towards additional services with Hill & Hailey. All consultations and deposits are non-refundable. Consultations can be rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior to the start of your appointment. We offer a one-time allowance for rescheduling appointments. This must be completed at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. We reserve the right to waive this on an individual basis. All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
